The Grace to make your Soul’s Journey with Nihal Kaur

“Grace is the strength of Character to be you, and never let yourself down, or anyone else down.“ - Yogi Bhajan

Guru Ram Das. Guru Guru Waheguru. Sat siri. Sat Nam. We're about to rock a class on grace, grace as it pertains to our identities. Lift the sternum into the thumbs, elongate the head. Take a few deep breaths.

Let's synch our breaths together, squeeze out all the air, inhale inhale inhale, hold the breath, exhale. Ong Namo Gurudev Namo. Inhale deeply, connect with the sweet breath, connect with your soul right now, the base frequency beneath all experience. Connect with the soul's destiny, the bright light, all you we're meant to be.

Feel yourself being fully capable to be everything you are here to do, everything you are here to be. Breathe long and deep. Bring the legs together and stretch them into infinity. The neck comes into alignment. Keep the pelvis tilted up so the pelvis stays on the floor and keeps your back safe.

Blossom with each breath. What's perfect about the block? What is the opportunity to learn? How can I grow right now? This is grace. This is what blossoms us into learning what we have been resisting. Keep blossoming. In every moment whether we think there's something wrong or not, we have the opportunity to remember that we are divine, and that we belong to the divine.

In my myself I am yours. Even when life throws us a curveball, we can say "That's weird, but divine, I belong to you." Feel your gorgeous center. Resplendent.

Inhaling forward, exhaling back, inhaling Sat, exhaling Nam. It's the power of the rhythm with the breath, with the Mantra, that makes Kundalini Yoga so effective. The rhythm, with breath, with mantra. The three together catalyze your energy, catalyze you at a cellular level, in a way that you can experience your greatness in a way that you've never seen before. Catalyze your greatness and stick to it.

Your neck is the sacred bridge between your heart and your body. Show your love here, your conscious breath, your conscious motion. When you come into being with the truth of all things, you realize that it is always the choice to be a victim or a winner. It is how we tell the stories of our lives that creates new desires in ourselves to be liberated. Allow the self to be liberated and spoken.

This is called "Developing the power to win". This is a strong and fluid motion. Feel your body gaining strength. Do it as you listen to the mantra - "I am thine in my myself". Let your rhythm sync up to the rhythm of the music. Go within, and contemplate the very possibility that you belong to the divine. I am think in mine myself, Waheguru."

Enjoy this high quality half hour yoga class to reduce tension in the shoulders and neck with Maria Johnson on Kundalini Live. Loosen tight shoulders with this spinal practice, learn about tensegrity, and experience cultivation of prime creator with these 30 min into-to-yoga shoulders exercises. Become a Shakti Warrior! Draw Attention to the shoulders to release tension. Externally rotate the shoulders back and allow them to come cascading to the earth. Let the shoulders do the work, externally rotate them back and down. Feel how they rise up as we breath, feel the tension cascading down toward the earth. Drawing with each rotation, drawing the shoulders down to the earth like coat sleeves.

Spirituality is the exploration of how we can use our own strength to stabilize our torso for balancing our entire lives. As we stay rooted and grounded, the head can fall back. Here we are teaching ourselves to use the breath again, allowing to create trust in our own bodies opportunity for growth. Let the muscles work and allow everything to relax as a result. Slow breathing in this class uses our posture of opening the knees. This is more of a Hatha style class where we deeply inhale and stimulate the energy channels in the sinuses and the sinus cavity, and simultaneously activate our bodies to put our minds in a place of compassion. Empowered wellness is possible when we practice this yoga sequence to manifest the intention to heal ourselves. Cool-down tension and inflammation by actually using your abs. Anatomical yoga uses breathing and releases as we use the strap for the shoulder rotations to be mindful. Vinyasa is a kind of dynamic relaxation, creating both body and mind flexibility.

Go as far as what is comfortable today, inhale and exhale, moving with the opening of our bodies. Improve your resistance to pain and your resilience as we enhance our life passion with observance through the movement of this Guided Meditation. Props are used to help our shoulders achieve inner rotation and have appropriate levels of pranayam. Graceful outreach into life is equivalent to the embracing of trying different ways to get something we've never had, and that means sometimes doing it differently.

The class focuses on intention. We will focus on the power of intention in movement and integrity within the asana and the self. We will begin with the breath and incorporate movement as meditation. We will then move into some accessible, but powerful asana and guided visualization, followed by music-assisted relaxation and gong meditation.

The style of the class is Integral Hatha with pranayam, meditation, low impact vinyasa flow focused on strength, integrity and intention. Sukh called it Kundalini/Hatha fusion

Teachers Bio: "I would come back to the asana in times of stress, whenever I needed to still my mind, or I was hoping to foster change. I really began to deepen my practice during my Music Therapy Internship- I found that asana helped to melt away the business of the day and still my whirring mind. The ability to be present to whatever was happening within body and breath became a space of sanctuary; an ongoing reminder to slow down, breathe deeply, and continue on. As I continued to journey, my practice evolved from an experience to an integral part of my day to day.

Amelia is a graduate of Seaside Yoga Sanctuary's Integral Awakening Teacher Training program, earning her Certificate in 2013. Amelia explored meditation, guided relaxation and breath work as part of her Bachelors from Duquesne Univeristy. "As a Music Therapist, I work closely with individuals and their treatment teams to develop music-based interventions that align with the goals, desired outcomes, musical preferences, background, and experience of each person. I especially enjoy encouraging clients to explore expression through creation- whether it is through song writing, composition, improvisation, learning an instrument or musical play. Always, we focus on the process of music making- the lessons learned, benefits gained, conversations along the way and personal growth that come are part of that process."

“Fear won’t go away, but it doesn’t need to dictate your action.”

This class works on the kidneys, to confront our fear, and opens the heart, to lead us forward.

Archer Pose: Aligns all ten bodies (soul, 3 mind bodies, physical body, 5 energy bodies), focus on connecting with your brightest destiny. Breath of Fire is not for ladies on heavy menstrual days nor pregnant.
Chanting Har: Connects us with the creative energies of our reality. Make sure to feel the connection between the tongue as it strikes the roof of the mouth on “Har” at the same time the navel pulls in. Chanting Waheguru Waheguru Waheguru Wahe Jio with Kunchun Mudra: Connects us to the Cosmic Divine Intelligence as our beloved friend. Pucker the lips and feel them vibrate with the sound as you chant. Activating the lips this way opens our heart to intimacy with the Divine.
Translation: Wow Transcendence, Wow Transcendence, Wow Transcendence, Wow Great Beloved Soul.
When done accurately, Kunchun Mudra powerfully allows total relaxation of the body, it is equivalent to exercising for 48 hours straight. Use your stamina to keep all muscles of the body, especially of the diaphragm drawn up. This class supports and protects us by nourishing the body and our connection to endurance to follow through on our goals.

Gathering and Preserving Prana (Life Force)

Share this class:

As we focus the mind on the single intention of gathering energy and silencing the mind we allow ourselves the ability to transcend unconsciousness. Full of prana to sustain us we are able to go beyond the limitations of the mind and body. This is where real meditation starts.

We can sit and chant for hours, but unless we have the strength and willpower to practice yoga online and maintain the conscious state of being we all slip back into the dream state. Keep Up.

Think of this body as a conduit and receptacle for energy, life force. Most people live in their first three centers. Most people’s energy gets lost, leaks out through survival (living in this material world), through the sexual impulses (the most common one in this country), and through power (manipulating this world). The idea is you practice yoga seal off those lower centers. You eliminate those leaks of consciousness. You take that same energy and you transmute it. You transmute the base energy into spiritual, compassionate heart energy. It’s the same energy. Everything is the same. It’s the same currency we all use.

You take that base energy and you seal off the leaks, otherwise it just leaks out. It’s the same life pranic force. One of the ways of doing it is mulbandh, by pulling the root lock, pulling the sphincter muscle tight, diaphragm in, and physically sealing off the energy. Physically is just part of it, but you visually have to go within and feel the lower triangle as being sealed off. The energy is bouncing off the muladhara, starting that pathway the double helix back upwards. In the center of that swirling energy you are sitting and the white light is beckoning you. You start that elevator ride back up through the evolutionary chain, through all the possible dimensions, through all the different portals of consciousness, back to the white light. That’s what we do. We're here to create kundalini awakening.

Inhale. Stretch up. Pull the root lock. Put a pressure at the diaphragm. Pull the energy upward. Create this archetype form of consciousness where the energy is swirling upwards now. Exhale.

All the beauty, all the love, all the possible permutations are within your own self. All the personalities, all the incarnations are within your DNA cycle. We share that DNA. We share that double helix. That pattern, that template of consciousness, is the same template that you use in this spiritual journey. You place yourself in the center of that, as you have always been. You use that to elevate yourself out of this gravity well that we all live in, where light itself can escape. The idea that we are beings of light trapped in this body, trapped in this form, trapped in this gravity well, this singularity of consciousness. The way out is to become weightless. The way out is to seal off the energy and float upwards in the central channel of consciousness. So you have to become very small, as well as very large.

Strengthening the lower centers. Relax your breath, long and deep. Don’t let your mind wander. Stay present to this yoga training. Be aware of your breath. This will be your test in life of course, to always bring yourself back to the breath. You’ll learn that in this class if nothing else. In times of most stress, the times of the most problems in your life, the times when time itself becomes the darkest. Watch the full-length yoga class. That’s the time you come back to your breath and you remember who you really are. You remember that you are the light of this consciousness. This play of light and energy is you. That’s what it is, a play.

Awakening within the Dream of Life

Share this class:

With our intention set to experience consciousness through unconditional love we free ourselves from the limitations of the conditioned mind. This freedom allows us to see how the energy flows, and understand why things happen in our lives. As we open ourselves allowing the prana to flow freely though us we are able to transcend time and space. The infinite horizon of potential is opened to us. The thousand petal lotus, crown center, blooms and we awaken to what we truly are.

Expand yourself. This is the pathway out of this dream. This is the elevator of consciousness that allows you to transition between wake and sleep, between life and death. Find the pathways. Let yourself become weightless. Start to levitate within yourself. Merge in the light, seamlessly back to the origin of consciousness. This is the experience of God within yourself. Keep up.

We just talk to ourselves. God talking to God. Reminding each other of the radiance within.

Relax your breath. Sit within. Let your breath become very long and deep. Feel the change. This is the beginning of the meditative mind. Meditation starts when you can transition between wake and sleep, when you can become awake in your dream state, when the conscious and subconscious are no longer different. This is the beginning of meditation. Meditation is not just sitting and thinking, or not thinking. It’s actually experiencing the astral realms, the realms beyond, and becoming part of that infinite landscape, that infinite horizon of possible futures. Seeing yourself reflected in all the beings in this world. Welcome home.
