Placing our bodies into archetypical postures (asanas) causes the energy within our system to flow more efficiently. As we utilize the breath through pranayam we are able to control the chattering of the mind and reprogram it through the use of mantras and affirmations.

Once in a state of balance we can supercharge our bio-computers with prana and ride the force of creation to our fullest potential!

Yoga is not an intellectual exercise. Its a holistic experience for your body and mind. Inhale up, shoulders are back, chin is down, everything in line, pull the spine, lower centers sealed up. Vibrate upwards, change the frequency. You are coming from the heart. Compassion, selflessness. Exhale relax your breath, eyes are closed, spine is straight.

Discovering tools that we can use daily to energize our bio-computers when our operating system is overloaded with spam and junk mail. Activating and balancing our energy centers and learning to gather and move life force through our body to create the beautiful radiant humans that we truly are.

Be very conscious of your breath as you practice yoga online. The breath is how you control this bio-computer. You’ve taken the time, your life, to program it so far. The only way to gain control of it is through your breath. So be conscious of each breath. See if you can actually stay with the breath and not be distracted by your mind. Not let yourself daydream. Not think of something else that you’d rather be doing. Just be here now. Inhaling Wah, Exhaling Guru, long and deep. Watch yoga videos to see how best to do it.

Triangle pose is one of those positions where if you practice it, it tells you what is wrong with your body. If it’s hard for you, or if there’s pain in your side for example, then there is a problem with either your gallbladder or your liver. So the idea is to do this pose for a minute each day and just take an inventory of your body. See how your feel. Cause it should be natural and easy. It aligns the magnetic field. It puts all the meridians back in the proper frequency. A really simple exercise, but it requires that you just take a minute and do it.

When we do a set of exercises, it’s called a kriya. We do a set of exercises that flow together and that hopefully have a theme. The theme tonight is overall health of your body physically, the strength of your aura, your frequency and your magnetic field.

We are beings of light that inhabit this physical body, this human archetype, this journey of DNA that we’ve all made. The idea in yoga gives you the power to have the control, not only of this body, but of your mind. You have to make that distinction, as a yogi, between you and your mind. That means you have to go into meditation, deep silence within, and try to find your real essence, the light that illuminates this body. That’s really the purpose of this life.

The purpose of this class is to give you some clues through our yoga videos about how to get back to that point of origin, that point that we all started from, that bindu, that place where it took two bodies to make one.

So it’s your job as a human being, a being with an aura, a hue, to find the origin of that aura, of that light. Differentiate that light and the physical manifestations, the symptoms, of that light. So you have to have a discerning intellect. Doesn’t mean you have to be intellectual. It just means you have to be aware and not be taken in by the illusion that’s constantly put in front of you, not only this material world but of your own mind. You have to have that discerning part of you that sits back in this body cave and observes the truth with joy and wonder, because it is an infinite horizon that you live on. That infinite horizon is always beckoning. You have to be able to stand on the precipice of that horizon, that cliff overlooking all eternity. You have to have the presence of mind to just laugh and be joyful in that experience.

Hold the breath. Seal off the lower triangle. Put a pressure at the sphincter muscle, put a pressure at the diaphragm. Physically feel as through you’re pulling the energy upward or sealing off the lower centers. You’re eliminating the leaks of consciousness, the leaks of energy. Exhale. Relax your breath, long and deep. Stay centered within.

We practice discipline and become a disciple of our own inner life. We open our hearts and within that selflessness of ourselves we have compassion for all the different aspects of our own consciousness that manifest around us. That’s God talking to God, that’s walking in the mind of God and that is the mind we walk in. Most of the time we are sealed off in little programs of our own bio-computers. But occasionally we get a glimpse of the real thing behind all these little programs that are running, it’s always there, just behind your breath.

You'll feel yourself expanding and contracting, you'll feel yourself physically becoming bigger and then physically becoming smaller.

The class is for the Heart Center, the Anahat Chakra. The element it works with is air. To have the Heart Center open and useful you have to have the third center(Solar Plexus Chakra) balanced. That connection between a solid third center and the air of the heart has to be established.

In Kundalini Yoga we gather the pranic energy, the life force, then we direct it up the spine. We seal off the lower centers then the energy rises, then we open up the heart center, the throat center, the third eye and ultimately the crown chakra, the thousand petal lotus. As you concentrate on each breath when you bring the breath to the base of your spine up to the third eye center, when you complete that cycle of consciousness and energy, then you liberate yourself from all doubt, then you live in the eternal now of consciousness.

In this class you’ll practice sealing off the lower triangle, sealing off the sexual center, sealing off the center of power, pulling up the energy from the Muladhara Chakra. Learning to have control over the lower centers is the first and most prime example of what you have to do. If you don’t have control over the lower centers, no matter how much energy you get, no matter how much life force you take in, you’ll leak it out. So you must learn how to control your lower centers. You have to keep that lower triangle balanced. Not that you can’t be a part of this life, but that you have conscious control over the energy flow in your body and you just don’t waste it, which is what most people do. All the creative forces, all the life you have, all the love that you create in this body, is done by opening the heart center. As we change our frequency to a higher frequency, it changes the planet, it changes everything we come in contact with, and it works on very a subtle level. This is where true change happens, this is where the environmental movement starts, with your own self, with your own light, and once you make that connection with your own light, everything happens naturally, because the light is the guiding force.

This class is for strengthening your self-awareness, not your ego but your self-awareness of your own body, strengthening the nervous system so you can handle the kundalini, so you can handle the changes that are coming in your life. In this form of this body the energy flows in many ways but the most common, the most positive, most yogic way is up and down the spine. Think of it as an elevator of consciousness allowing you access to different vibrational frequencies.
