If you’re not healthy it’s very hard to be spiritual. If you can’t gather the energy and focus it without getting caught in sexual games, games of ego, games of materialism, you have to stop those, you have to seal off the centers, you have to change that base energy to the spiritual component. It’s the same life force. Think of it as your bank account. Stop spending your energy on silly things.
