About this Class:

It’s the heart that carries the human body, it’s the heart that carries us into spiritual awareness, it’s the heart that gives us for living for each other. Those that don’t manifest their energy at the heart center, live at each other. The idea of heart center, the idea of love is that selflessness within yourself. It almost has an element of sacrifice to it, but it doesn’t need to be that way. Because when you expand yourself out in your awareness and you become part of that universal current of consciousness, that is the essence of everything, and then there’s no difference.
